These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 772pub ("772pub," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the 772pub online gaming platform accessible at 772pub.club and all associated sub-pages, features, services, and game content available thereon.

By accessing or using the 772pub platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 772pub reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration, including government-issued Philippine identification documents (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or passport), at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 772pub account. The creation of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 772pub account credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another person's account.

772pub strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional verification layer against unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 772pub immediately through the in-platform live chat support or by emailing the support address provided in Section 14 of these Terms. 772pub will take prompt action to secure your account upon receipt of such notification.

All bets placed and transactions conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you, unless you have notified 772pub of unauthorised access prior to such activity. 772pub shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or to notify us promptly of any suspected breach.

All financial transactions on the 772pub platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. These minimums are subject to change at the discretion of 772pub, with advance notice provided to registered players where practicable.

772pub supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. 772pub reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment channels at any time.

Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 772pub wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within 2 to 10 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak hours or due to third-party payment provider delays.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya, 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay, 2 to 10 minutes. 772pub does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) checks. 772pub reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification, anti-money-laundering (AML) checks, or the fulfilment of applicable bonus wagering requirements.

772pub reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR requirements. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation may have their withdrawal requests delayed or declined, and their accounts may be subject to review.

While 772pub makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and the accuracy of all information provided, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

772pub's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

772pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The player is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or direction from PAGCOR necessitates account action;
• The account is the subject of an ongoing investigation;
• The player is deceased or has become legally incapacitated.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last-used verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

Players may voluntarily close their 772pub account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are subject to the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements and the completion of any pending withdrawal requests.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 772pub, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation, initiated by the player through the 772pub customer support channels described in Section 14. 772pub aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority, in accordance with the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction over the matter.
